I have worked
in various phases of the kitchen and bath industry since 1982. A
BS degree in Interior Space Design from Purdue University and a
Masters in Education from UAB provide a background for working with
homeowners to improve their living environment.
More importantly, as a kitchen designer, home re-modeler, solid
surface fabricator and industry sales consultant, I have garnered
25 years of hands-on experience with home construction projects.
As a boomer, I know the challenges of living both with growing children
and aging parents. Finding practical solutions to enhance the home
environment for all ages is my specialty. I received the Certified
Aging In Place Specialist training from the National Association
of Homebuilders in 2004.
